At the moment returns are not something we offer an all sales are final. We put a lot of effort into ensuring all descriptions are very clear. Any flaws to note will always be included along with detailed measurements. Sometimes we all need a little help and I’m pleased to announce a layaway option. Layaway is available on items over £50 that have been listed for 24hrs.

Please contact me via the contact page if you would like the option of putting a deposit on an item. The deposit is 25% and the full balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If the balance is unpaid after the 30 days, then the deposit is lost and the item will be re-listed.

At TVC much time and effort is taken to ensure the best vintage items are selected by hand. Caron choses every single item personally and this allows her to ensure she selects the best quality items. This being said these garments are second hand, some up to 60 years old therefore some wear and tear should be expected. Anything that is considered more than light wear will be stated. All items are carefully washed and steamed then hung in an aired room until point of sale. Caron will always be completely transparent with her descriptions but on very rare occasions things can be missed. If you feel this is the case please get in touch and Caron will be happy to help where possible.

Caron will endeavour to post your items within 4 working days. Postage is sent via Royal Mail second class service to ensure your costs are kept as low as possible. Royal mail state that the second class service takes 2/3 days. Please note this is an approximate estimation and it can take longer. During national holidays, and strike action these times can take significantly longer.

I always include an estimated contemporary size, but when shopping vintage online it’s essential to have your measurements on hand. These can be your own body dimensions or a set of measurements comparative against something similar you already own.

TVC ships worldwide and currently uses Royal Mail for all services. Domestically within the U.K. all parcels are sent with 2nd Class Signed For and pricing depends on weight. There is also a small fee added for the packaging used to post.
